Jacob William Kartes was born on July 6, 2007 at 12:47 PM. Of course Grandmat T was extremely happy because it was her birthday.

He weighed 8 Pounds and 1 ounce, making it 4 generations in our family born within 2 ounces of 8 pounds. He was 20 inches long.
